Dua Lipa is an English musician and singer who was born on August 22 1995 in London United Kingdom. Following her stint as a model, she decided to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album entitled "Dua Lipa" in 2017. The album reached the third spot in the U.K. Chart for Albums. The album released eight singles, among them Be the Only I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules (UK number one). It also peaked at number 6 within the United States. Lipa received the Brit Award in 2018 as a British Female Soloist and British Breakthrough Artist. Her album is certified platinum across a variety of countries. Dua Lipa was born in London on 22 August 1995 to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa Rexha and Dukagjin Lipa. Her mother is Bosnian.
